- You can’t re-sell/re-lease the beat to someone else.
- If the exclusive right is purchased right after you purchase the lease beat, the lease agreement still stands.
- Breaking of the agreements in any way can cause serious legal problems. Buyer of the lease beat is held responsible for expenses and damages (including attorneys' fees) if/when legal issues arise.
